一、崗位職責

· Standard time study for main products 

· DL HC configuration study and DL utilization/productivity improvement 

· Identify improvement opportunities in workstation ergonomics, line balance, rearranging job duties, material flow, line configuration, jig and automation design etc. 

· NPI line mockup and setup. 

· Drive LBR/ PBR performance improvement 

· Drive Continuous Improvement in capacity plan and capacity optimization 

· Line configuration optimization support 

· Layout & material flow optimization and space management （北京芯片設計獵頭）

二、任職要求

· Has above 1 year working experience in IE area; 

· Could read and write in English; 

· Skilled in CAD drawing and data analyzing.  

· Oral speaking English is a plus.
