2 、能獨立設(shè)計消費類電子或醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的機械結(jié)構(gòu)，以實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)連接或機械功能。

Can work independently on mechanical design of smart consumer products or medical products that integrate mechanical functions with electronics.

3 、建立PRD，審核技術(shù)文件，產(chǎn)品驗證，推動項目達到項目進度和成本要求。

Creat Product requirements documents, review and approval of technical docuemnts, product validation, drive the project to agreed cost and timelines.

4 、組織團隊進行設(shè)計評審；編制DFMEA和初始BOM；編制2D工程圖。

Lead team to review design, Compiling DFMEA, Draft BOM and Create 2D drawings.

5 、分析報告 樣品制作以驗證和評估設(shè)計，生成分析報告。

Make prototyp to verify design and generate analysis report.

6 、執(zhí)行樣品承認流程，以確認產(chǎn)品是否可以量產(chǎn)。

Implement sample approval procedure to make sure parts can be introduced to Mass Production.

7 、 解決產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計、裝配和生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題。

Solve problems occurring in design, assembly and production.

8 、實驗設(shè)計以測試產(chǎn)品的性能。

Design of experiments to test product functionality and reliability.

9 、和客戶及供應商保持溝通和協(xié)調(diào)， 以解決產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中的問題。

Interact with customer and supplier on product related issues, perform failure analysis and solve problems related to product design.



任職要求：

1、本科及以上學歷，機械設(shè)計和制造專業(yè)或其他機械類專業(yè) 優(yōu)先

2、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗3年或以上，有小家電產(chǎn)品或醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

3、1）. 具有研發(fā)背景，熟悉產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程。

2）. 熟悉或了解各種加工和成型工藝方法以及結(jié)構(gòu)連接方法。

3）. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。

4). 至少熟練掌握一種3D繪圖軟件，優(yōu)秀的2D圖出圖能力。

5).良好的組織、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；良好的任務(wù)進度管控能力，能在較大壓力下工作。
