Responsibilities:

1 Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization;

to improve MTBA / MTBF 支持技術團隊完成機器Down Time、Utilization、MTBA/MTBF的目標

2 Follow equipment specification to do machine installation & buy off.

根據設備規格書完成設備安裝和驗收

3 Do shift online support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.

翻班支持產線，確保設備正常狀態

4 Support the production Report the online machine status and issue to Senior Tech and Engineer.

支持生產報告實時設備狀態

5 Implement the proactive & preventive maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities.

實施PM，并完成常規維修工作，通過不斷改善，提高設備能力

6 Perform assembly equipment conversion and do well 5S job and ensure the continued and smoothed production line. 進行設備改機及5S，確保持續穩定的生產

7 Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill.

傳達關于設備操作培訓內容給操作員，以提高其工作能力

8 Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good recode for tracking.

負責備件的替換和記錄

Requirements:

1 Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.

大專學歷，主修理工科優先

2 Between 1~3 yrs of similar function in IC Test & Assem industry.

在封裝測試行業類似崗位1～3年工作經驗者

3 Workable English.
