Job Description
1) PCBA new process development and validation (include DFMA,P-FC,PFMEA,CP and process capability study, trail run follow up, new process develop, new equipment evaluate).
2) Assist company fulfill the auditor by third party.
3) To offer technical support to production, and troubleshooting of PCBA process, and improve the production capacity.
4) Set up and management technical document and criterion about PCBA.
5) Lead PCBA related process improve project and monitor the process index. To train, coach and develop PCBA process engineers and technicians.
6) Responsible for the project management of new production line and new process introduction.
1) PCBA新工藝過程開發驗證（DFMA，流程圖,P-FMEA,控制計劃的開發及過程能力分析，試產跟蹤，新工藝研究、新設備評估）。
2) 協助公司完成規定的PCBA相關審核。
3) 分析解決PCBA生產過程中的品質及加工問題，并提高產能。
4) 建立、管理PCBA技術工藝相關標準文件。
5) 主導PCBA工藝過程中的相關改善項目，監控工藝相關KPI，組織PCBA工藝相關技術交流或培訓。
6) 擔任新產線，新工藝導入項目的管理工作。


Qualifications
1) BA degree in technical or engineering field.
2) Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
3) Proficient with PC and MS Office, Auto-CAD software applications.
4) Minimum of 8 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing.
5) Be accomplished in PCBA assembly process and related criteria & standard, specification. Be familiar with the equipment such as SMT, reflow soldering, and wave soldering and so on.
6) Good project management skill.
7) Good communication and coordination skill. Strong sense of responsibility.
1）大學本科學歷, 技術及工程相關專業。
2）流利的英語口語及書寫能力。
3）熟練電腦操作能力, 包括MS office和Auto CAD。
4）最少具備8年以上PCBA制造相關工作經驗。
5）精通PCBA加工工藝和相關標準或規范, 熟悉SMT, 回流焊, 波峰焊等設備。
6）良好的項目管理能力。
7）良好的溝通協調能力，具備較強的責任感。
